Energy. Vision. Follow-through. Wes gets people hyped about ideas they didn’t even know they needed. He immediately sees possibility and is already halfway through making it real before you’ve finished describing the problem. That spark started early, building entire worlds out of Legos and reengineering his action figures just because he knew he could make them better. Music lit the next fuse. He picked up graphic design to make album covers for his band, then, in becoming a DJ, he learned to weave disparate styles to ignite dance floors. Behind the smiles and high fives, though, his creative engine runs on heavy metal. He instinctively knows how to turn unexpected ideas into real impact and truly believes Tokyo Drift is the best of the Fast and Furious franchise.
